2025 Mid-Year Meeting

Each year in March/April, American Agri-Women hosts a Mid-Year Meeting for those interested in discussing current agricultural issues and policies and voting to create AAW’s Position Statements for that upcoming year, which is the basis for our AAW Legislative Fly-In in June of each year.

The 2025 American Agri-Women (AAW) Mid-Year Meeting promises to be an enriching and engaging experience for members and affiliates as we gather to discuss critical agricultural issues, develop policies, and strengthen our network.

Hotel Information:

Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

The newly renovated Irving, Texas hotel at DFW airport is just a short drive from premier shopping, dining and entertainment at Grapevine Mills Mall, Southlake Town Square and Downtown Dallas. They also provide a convenient & complimentary airport shuttle (4.6 mi to airport).

Book by March 13, 2025

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott offers a comfortable and convenient setting for the meeting.
Transportation: The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from DFW Airport. For those flying Southwest, Love Field is approximately a 20-minute Uber ride away.
