Colchester, Vt. (AgPR) March 16, 2021| Cortney Wagner, a Montana rancher, was recently elected to the CHS Inc. Board of Directors. American Agri-Women (AAW) President Karolyn Zurn stated, “The election of Cortney Wagner shows that women are knowledgeable in the field of agriculture and have confidence in the business world.”
Director Wagner has a long-standing background in the co-op world. CHS Inc. is a well known cooperative headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. CHS Inc. is a Fortune 100 company and is owned by farmers, ranchers, and cooperatives across the United States.
Wagner attained her degree from the University of North Dakota, thus adding to her appeal for rural America and all women in agriculture. Wagner explained, “I am dedicated to the cooperative values and principles that have withstood for generations. In the cooperative system, you are not just a customer, you are an owner of a great support system to help farmers and ranchers succeed.”
