This unique leadership development initiative is designed to empower women in agriculture with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to make a lasting impact on the industry.
The Road to Influence program offers participants a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on self-awareness, communication, persuasion, and collaboration. Through a series of in-person meetings, monthly virtual sessions, and hands-on projects, participants will have the opportunity to develop their leadership abilities, build strong connections with like-minded women across the country, and contribute meaningfully to the future of agriculture.
We are seeking women who are passionate about agriculture and committed to advancing their leadership skills. Whether you’re involved in farming, ranching, agribusiness, or any other sector of agriculture, this program is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow into the leader you aspire to be.
