AAW Foundation is pleased to announce the return of the Mini Grant Program to AAW Members and their Affiliates. In the past Mini Grants were opportunities for AAW Affiliates to obtain matching AAW Foundation Financial Assistance Grants, upon submission of requisition forms detailing the various local or state Agriculture Educational projects they were interested in starting.
This year we would like to do something a little different. Due to the success of the AAW pilot leadership program: The Road to Influence, and its focus on education, the AAW Foundation would like to offer financial assistance toward the RTI Program's Registration to anyone interested in taking part in the next year's class. AAW Foundation will match monies given by any AAW Affiliate on behalf of any of their Affiliate Members who are wishing to enroll in the Road to Influence Leadership Program for 2025. If Affiliates will cover half of their member's RTI registration, ($250) AAW Foundation will match that and cover the other half of the program's $500 initial registration cost. This would be available to all AAW Members whether they are part of an affiliate or a "member at large".
In addition, we are so enthused about the RTI program and the feedback from the first class of graduates, that AAW Foundation will, upon completion of the program, offer full reimbursement of the individuals or AAW Affiliates matching amount toward the registration cost and thus entirely fund each member's RTI registration fee.
