Melissa Halpin joined Hertz Farm Management in February 2015, working out of the Kankakee office. She focuses on appraising agricultural real estate and holds a real estate broker's license in Illinois and Indiana. Raised on a Registered Holstein farm in East Central Illinois, Melissa attended the University of Illinois, earning a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics. She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Melissa currently resides in Sheldon, IL.
